Dazzle & Doodle LLC Refund & Return Policy

At Dazzle & Doodle LLC, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and take great care in crafting and packaging each order. However, some factors—such as shipping carrier delays and potential handling damage—are outside our control. While we are always willing to work with our customers to find a fair resolution, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we may consider exchanges or partial store credit in specific cases.

Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

Damaged Items Upon Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and damaged item. We will review the claim and may issue a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Shipping Delays: Once an order has been dropped off with the carrier, shipping time frames are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers.

Buyer’s Remorse: Since our items are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Incorrect Address Provided: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier. While we will do our best to assist you, Dazzle & Doodle LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
